A Midsummer Night’s Dream
The combined talents of the Galt High and Liberty Ranch High School Infinite Theatre group will present William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream in November.
Written around 1594, A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of Shakespeare’s most popular plays and has been performed widely around the world since it was first written.
A romantic comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream is the tale of two pairs of lovers who get caught up in a supernatural squabble that takes place in the woodland realm of Fairyland under the light of the moon.
Performances will be held at the Galt High School auditorium, located at 145 North Lincoln Way, and are scheduled for Nov. 5-7 and Nov. 12-14 at 8 p.m., and on Nov. 8 and Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. Cost is $5 for students and seniors and $8 for general admission.
