Meadowview Drive, from Cindy Lane and Kost Road, will be closed from Oct. 27 through Nov. 22 for road construction. Detours will be in place; please expect delays.

Recycle household batteries

Galt residents can recycle their household batteries in the green recycle bin located at the front entrance of the Galt Police Department. The green bin is for dry cell household batteries only.

Free COVID testing Thursday - Saturday

Free COVID-19 testing is available every Thursday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Chabolla Community Center, 600 Chabolla Avenue in Galt.
