Mr. Burnell Hamilton and Miss Dorothy Hirtel motored to Stockton Sunday in Burnell’s new Chevrolet deluxe and attended the Fox Senator theatre.

Frank Schoellerman and Bob Angele were elected to the Galt High School board of trustees last Friday, and Mr. Schoellerman and Dr. V.E. Greer Jr. were elected to the Galt Elementary School board.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sutton of Thornton are the proud parents of a baby girl, Kathleen Agnes, born on May 21 at 9:37 a.m. in the Buchanan Hospital in Lodi, weighing 6 pounds 4 ounces.

Little Mary Lou Hobday has been ill with a head cold for the past several days.

The Galt Flea Market moved to a new location at the beginning of May. Previously scattered through town, the flea market is now located inside the race track. The flea market will continue to be open every Wednesday with no admission charge.

Rebeca Jeanne Georgi was married to Stephen Jay Clark May 2 by Rev. Clarence Kinzler, College Church of the Nazarene on the campus of the Northwest Nazarene College.

New officers were installed for the VFW Galt Post.
