Joey

Joey is an approximately 3-year-old male Chihuahua who weighs approximately 12 pounds. This handsome little guy has a huge personality, and he loves to be around people. Joey is definitely a volunteer favorite with his funny personality and his penchant for hysterical expressions that have our volunteers laughing on a daily basis. Joey can be playful, but he doesn’t really seem interested in playing with, or chasing after toys, and seems mostly content to just horse around with people and other small dogs that he’s been introduced to. Joey can be a bit domineering when he meets other small dogs, but this behavior has been easily corrected, and he does seem to enjoy having other small dogs to play with. When Joey isn’t being a ham, he’s all about chilling in the shade, or finding a nice cozy lap to crawl up into. He loves to sit in your lap and give you lots of doggy kisses while you tell him just what a good boy he is. If you’d like to give this loving little guy the special forever home that he deserves, please come down and meet Joey!
