Alice Mae Blackmer DuCray Coburn, 95, passed away on Sept. 2, 2020 in Jackson, Calif.

Surviving Alice are children Joan DuCray Stacher, William DuCray, James DuCray and John DuCray, stepchildren Angeline JoVan and Jeff Coburn, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were husband Kenneth Coburn, and daughters Jennifer Morrill and MaryKay DuCray.

Alice enjoyed fishing and hunting with her husband. They owned a commercial fishing boat while living on the coast. She earned a master’s in counseling and worked as a marriage and family therapist until her retirement. She and Ken enjoyed their retirement years in Galt, where she was active in Senior Center and the church.

At Alice’s request, her burial will be at the Sacramento National Cemetery in Dixon with her husband Ken.

There will be a celebration of life on Sunday, Oct 11 at 2 p.m., held at Laughon Ranch, 90 Clintion Road in Jackson (next to Raley’s).
