Calvin Lester West

Calvin Lester West, aka: Butch was born on March 17, 1962 in Placerville, California. He was the only boy and the youngest of 5 children.  At age 46, he married Christine West Mitchell, building a family and life together with his daughters, Shaunell Mitchell, and Briannah West. He is preceded in death by his parents and his two sisters: Rev. Kelly West (aka, Calvin L. West Sr.), Imogene West, Virginia Aston of Sayre, Oklahoma and Rebecca Bonner of Mt. Vernon, Washington.  His surviving family includes sisters, Anna Wisdom of Carthage Missouri, and Esther Terry of Crockett, Texas, as well as his wife and daughters. He had a vast extended family, including his mother-in-law Leann Mitchell and father-in-law Alan Mitchell.  He also had a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and countless friends.
