Cynthia G. Lee

Cynthia Gong Lee, 96, passed away May 16, 2019. A longtime resident of Sacramento, she was born in Stockton. Mrs. Lee was married to Frank L. Lee from 1952 until his passing in 2000. They had owned Galt Supermarket for the past 50 years.

Cynthia loved traveling, knitting and crocheting, sewing, cooking and spending time in the garden where she loved all flowers. She had a natural beauty, easy social grace, an even temperament and a playful sense of humor. She made many friends at ACC senior lunches.

Cynthia leaves behind her beloved family, friends and community. Her family includes four children and four grandchildren: Valen ( Lynn Luk) Lee with their children Valerie of San Diego and Wesley Lee; Janet Lee (James) Hom with their children Catherine and Kevin (Carol) Hom; Randolph (Colleen) Lee of Hawaii; Bruce Lee and life partner Richard Wilson.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at 10:15 a.m., on Friday, May 31 at Harry A. Nauman & Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd., in Sacramento.
