Gale Ziegenhagel, 59, died in Stockton on March 31, 2022 following a four-year battle with cancer. She was born Sept. 13, 1962 and had lived in Galt for 45 years. She was involved in many community special needs programs and activities, and attended many regional self-reliance training programs that taught her many jobs.

Gale loved watching movies, listening to music and dancing. She always had a smile on her face, and she liked going out to eat and visit family and friends. Gale gave all her pet-friends nicknames, and she was an angel on this earth. Everyone loved her and her smile. She was truly a warrior and was so strong through her disease.

Surviving Gale are her sister Cherie (Brian) Harris of Lodi; and nieces, Kylie Harris of Lodi, Cortney (Hunter) Stone of Tennessee and great niece Westlyn Stone of Tennessee.

Preceding her in death were her mother Charlotte Seefried and father Glenn Seefried.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 6 at 11 a.m., at 604 Pringle Avenue in Galt.

Lodi Funeral Home is handling final arrangements.
