Head Coach Bruce Peterson looks forward to this team’s future. “I was very encouraged by our runners and how they performed,” said Peterson. “It was a tough week leading up to this race as some of our runners were dealing with illness and injuries. As a team, we have much to look forward to. We have a good mix of varsity runners and young runners. It is exciting for everyone that we are able to advance to the CIF SJS Section Championships.”
The team will be competing in the section championships at the Willow Hills course in Folsom.
