Liberty Ranch girls’ basketball had a tough game against Calaveras last Tuesday night. They lost 46-32 but, according to head coach Sean Duryee, it only helps prepare them for when league play starts.

“I am super proud how the girls played,” said Duryee.

“They came out aggressive, but some of our shots didn’t fall in the second half. I like that they are taking on tough teams that will help prepare us for the actual season; no doubt in my mind that these ladies are going to be strong contenders this year.”
